Special events & Theme Parties Theme parties always add to the fun of any incentive program, convention or meeting. And, EPIC Group can customize some great ideas for you. Here is a sample of some of the themes we can create.
MEXICAN FIESTA Mexico! Land of Fiestas, Fairs and Mariachis. Perhaps no other people in the world need such a small motive to celebrate: bank holidays or holy days, you name it and THE PARTY IS ON. But the essential of the Mexican Fiesta is “La Feria” and we have it. Imagine typical Mexican flavor, a small rural town replete with carnival games and buildings. We reproduce it in a few hours, either in-doors or out-doors, with our near-to scale façades of the Cantina, Jail, Bank, City hall, Church, Kiosk, Market, Houses, Streetlight and fair games all decorate with “Papel Picado” which is a robe with typical colorful paper figures.	The Staff of the games is dressed like the country folk they represent. The lights, decoration, buildings, games, price, staff and illumination will create the illusion. This is wholesome, exuberant and fun.
MAYAN NIGHT The ideal theme for a Gala Night will be created in just a few hours where we will transform the place of your event (indoor or outdoor) into an ancient Mayan site with greatness and mystic characteristics. Your guests will be amazed at the extraordinary sceneography that imitates the most popular archeological ruins and sculptures from the Mayan civilization, such as: The Chac-Mool God, Kukulcan columns, Labna Arch, Mayan temple, etc. With lush green vegetation, plants and lightning, we create a jungle ambiance where this culture built its cities. On the stage, the spectacular Labna Arch will highlight your event. The hotel will provide food and beverages arrangements. We suggest the hotel waiters be in typical Mayan dress to enhance the atmosphere.	Live Mayan warriors in colorful customs guarding the entrance of a majestic temple will welcome your guests to the ancient kingdom where they will have the opportunity to experience an authentic Mayan ritual and a Pre-Hispanic show, making this evening unique.
MONTE CARLO NIGHT Enjoy the thrill of Europe’s fabulous hot spot. Monte Carlo Night takes you to the glamorous, high-stakes casinos of Monaco for an event to remember. Our lovely Live Card joins guests as they roll the dice, playing for dollars printed with your company’s logo. The casino is authentically furnished with gambling tables, white likra columns with their own illumination, decoration with white & black balloons, special effects and our experienced, suitably attired croupiers. The games are for real, only the money is funny¡ At the end of the night, guests participate in an auction share, where they bid for prizes with their “winnings”. These may be items purchased locally, gifts brought by the client or certificates “good for” perks to be collected back home- a decision made by the client. Monte Carlo Night can be created for groups ranging in size from 50 to 1000 persons.
CARIBBEAN PARTY Enjoy a great evening with our “Caribbean Party” at sunset time. We will reproduce a little private island surrounding the party area with torches and different decorating props of musical instruments, a couple of dancers, funny photo shots set of a muscle man with a beautiful girl, natural palms, fiber glass palms, colorful balloon palms, wood cabins, one pirate ship of 7.00m long x 4.00m high, treasure chests, etc. All your guests will find artificial flower necklaces, palm hats and a pair of “maracas” at their tables. For entertainment we offer a Cuban Ballet show performed by professional dancers. After dinner a live Band will make everybody dance and have fun with a wide variety of rhythms such as salsa, meringue, and many others. Upon request, we can organize “The search of the Treasure” by reproducing different Islands. Your guest will form teams and we will provide them with maps of the Islands they have to visit, where they have to do a certain activity such as singing, eat donuts, dance, limbo, etc., to find the treasure. Once they finish their activities on the Islands, the team will go with the Captain to obtain the key of the chest. This party includes a little sketch of 10 minutes. TEAM BUILDING It is essential for the success of an organization to build moral and address grievances within a company and there is no better way than team building. Team Building is exciting and challenging and has almost unlimited possibilities because human potential is almost unlimited. EPIC Group can arrange a variety of unique team building ideas for your event. Here are just a few examples of what we can create for you.
A) Boat Sailing Regatta — This event is designed for groups that want something competitive, keeping the entire group together throughout the event. The event is designed to produce an effective and successful teamwork, creating a competitive atmosphere. The challenge is to design and build a watercraft with materials provided during the time frame given to complete the project. The objective is to understand the importance of a teamwork environment, contributing, as a team, to successfully achieve a common goal. B) Mayan-Smart Olympics - This event is a great spirited, upbeat competition designed to encourage esprit de corp and camaraderie from the moment the event begins until long after the awards ceremony is complete! The group is divided into teams that will compete in several challenges. For those that can use the resources of intelligence, physical stamina and teamwork, there's a bountiful reward to be savored… When everybody comes in to the ballroom where the gala dinner will take place, they will have to partake in four various challenges: C) Art Demonstration — Designed for the more artistic taste, this fabulous event will offer the group a creative edge to their day or evening. Guests will experience activities such as Glass Making, Mexican Jewelry, Mexican Arts & Crafts and Painting Lessons and more. D) Caribbean Beach Olympics — High-spirited people of all ages compete in outrageous games such as: Water Bucket Race, Flipper Relay, Three-legged Relay, Sand Sculpture and more. These are just some of the activities offered. The thrill of the words “Let the Games Begin” sends a chill down the spine while the referees get everyone ready in the spirit of the games.
