On behalf of McLane Company and the Mega Travel staff, I would like to express my gratitude for the incredible job the EPIC staff did during the McLane Company annual trip to Cancun, February 2003.

We had 850 participants spread out among three different groups with attendees arriving and departing every day. Despite the varied schedules and airline delays due to bad weather and cancelled flights, the Epic staff managed to get all of our trip participants and their luggage to and from the JW Marriott quickly and efficiently. Even those who were delayed until 11:00pm were surprised to find Epic staff waiting at the airport.

Our participants who elected to go out on tours had great compliments for all of the Epic staff. The tour guides were all very knowledgeable, friendly and well trained.

I cannot say enough about the staff that worked with us at our hospitality desk at the hotel for 9 days. They were very professional in every way…their appearance, their knowledge of the business and Cancun, their behavior…everything about them was top-notch. They went above and beyond in everything they did. Our clients were very impressed.

The DMC can make or break the success of a group trip. Ours was very successful. Our attendees went home happy. Your staff made our staff look very good.

We would certainly recommend Epic to any group and hope we get the opportunity to work with you again ourselves.
